Keith
DeLoach - CFSP, ServSafe Certified
Principal
Keith has twenty-one years of industry
experience, beginning with dealer/designer. He has
spent past ten years as a manufacturers'
representative and rep firm partner. Keith has 21
years of experience in the industry, beginning with
dealer equipment sales, national chains and consultant
services. He has spent the last ten years as a manufacturers'
representative; five of which have been with Vulcan-Hart,
with the balance as a multiple line representative.
He is CFSP and Servesafe certified.

Steve
Smith - CFSP
Principal
As a founding partner with Florida Restaurant Equipment
Professionals, Steve was diverted into the foodservice
industry while he was still in college working for
Hobart as a general line technician. Afterwards,
Steve moved to Florida with GCS Service, Inc., and
various positions evolved for six yearsfrom
service technician to assisting with a refrigeration
training program to new product technical support.
In 1995, Steve joined the Vulcan field selling organization
representing west central Florida. In 1998, Florida
Restaurant Equipment Professionals was formed, and
has since grown into one of the leading rep organizations
in the Food Service Industry.

Melissa
Potthoff - CFSP, ServSafe Certified
Associate
Melissa graduated from Penn State University with
a degree in hotel restaurant management. After working
in several restaurants, hotels and corporate dining,
she went to work for Cini Little International doing
foodservice design and equipment layout for projects
including large stadiums, hospitals, convention centers,
and many others. After several years at Cini Little,
she began working with Florida Reps, where she has
worked for the last seven years as a sales rep calling
on dealers, schools and end-users of our equipment.

Mark
Rauth - CFSP
Associate
Mark has been in the foodservice industry over 25
years, the last 15 of which have been as a manufacturers
rep. He has represented over 30 lines in that time,
mostly cooking or preparation equipment. Mark has
worked same territory for 18 years. Prior to becoming
a manufacturers' rep, he worked for Edward Don in
the Orlando market.

Bill
Burrus
Associate
Bill has thirty years of sales and executive level
management experience in the foodservice E & S
industry. His are of expertise includes all areas
of the foodservice E & S
distribution channel; from manufacturing, to independent
sales representative, to dealer. His positions have
included, vice president of sales at Watson Foodservice
Dallas, TX; general manager of foodservice equipment
group at Edward Don & Company Chicago, IL; and
president of Carroll Manufacturing Inc. Florham Park,
NJ.

Lyn Bevis
Associate
Lyn started his 30-plus year career in the food
service industry selling ice machines. He soon graduated
to small wares and refrigeration for Vollrath Co.
After a short stint with American Panel, he moved
to Vulcan Hart where he enjoyed selling cooking equipment
for 14 years. Since 2000. he has represented Florida
Reps (3 years) and Hobart (6 years). While Lyn enjoys
calling on all members of the food service industry,
he is particularly focused on the consultants, school
systems and institutions.

Anthony
Monaco
Senior Associate
Anthony has twenty-seven years of experience in
the equipment industry. He has worked on the manufacturing
side with several equipment builders, beginning
in advertising and marketing, then as a regional
and national sales manager. Anthony moved into field
sales representing manufacturers in the Florida market
in 1995.

Stuart Schneider
Senior Associate
Stuart spent 16 years with General Electric
Company's Food Service Equipment Business Dept. in
Chicago Heights, IL, as well as 18 years with Vulcan
Hart Co. in Baltimore, Md. He has been with Florida Reps
since the company's formation.

Charity Mixon
Office Manager
Charity has 16 years of customer service and inside
sales experience.
She joined Florida Reps in 2003 as administrative
support for the marketing
and sales staff. Charity provides dealers with quotations,
handles all
inside sales questions, and takes care of the day
to day office needs.
